Description
Artemide rice is ideal for rice salads, side dishes and single dishes paired with fish, meat, vegetables, cheeses. Also excellent for desserts. It is recommended to boil it for about 35 minutes and then to sauté it in a pan with the most varied ingredients. It is wholemeal, aromatic, fragrant and rich in anthocyanins, antioxidants from the flavonoid family.
